Really enjoyed very affordable rooms!

We stayed 10 nights here, however it was a fairly nice experience. Having a handy kitchenette was a bonus😃😀

The room at Gm Rentals Safestay Apartment was spacious and well-equipped with a kitchen that had all the basic necessities for cooking. The bed was comfortable and the level of cleanliness was acceptable. The location of the condo was convenient, away from the daily traffic jams and near the old bridge for quick access to Mandaue. The availability of reliable internet and multiple power sockets in the room was a plus. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free, and the staff was polite and friendly. There were also nearby amenities like a Tuna restaurant and snack bars within walking distance.

One drawback was the inability to open the glass door in the bedroom window, which made it difficult to air out the room after cooking. Additionally, there was no smart TV, limiting entertainment options like YouTube and Netflix.

It was in an unbeatable and quiet place. Found a shower, a hair dryer and bath sheets in the bathroom

The staff was awesome, friendly, and responsive. The rooms are spacious and clean with all necessary amenities. The location is convenient, near food establishments, malls, parks, and cafes. The parking is convenient, especially for motorcycles. The AC works well, the bed is cozy, and the staff are accommodating.

I recently stayed at a wonderful apartment near the airport for a few nights. The condo's location was ideal, as it was away from the heavy traffic and close to Mandaue. The room was clean, spacious, and had a well-equipped kitchen for cooking. The double bed was comfortable, and the room had plenty of power sockets and reliable internet. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff was polite and friendly. There were also nearby restaurants and snack bars within walking distance.

The bed was comfortable and the pillows were hypoallergenic, and we received a warm welcome from the host.

The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and a kettle. It was like having my own personal chef! The property had a terrace where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The apartment was very close to popular attractions like the 10,000 Roses Cafe and the Mactan Island Convention Center.

This property offered me the luxury of a balcony where I could enjoy free parking and free WiFi. The Temple of Leah was a whole 17 km away, just a short distance in my private jet.

Oh, how fortunate I was to miss out on experiencing the nearest airport, Mactan-Cebu International, during my stay at this 3-star apartment. Such a shame.

Oh, what a treat! I absolutely loved the game of adjusting the water temperature between scalding hot and freezing cold.

The location of the apartment was mind-blowing! It was super convenient, with plenty of amazing food options, malls, parks, and cafes nearby. The room itself was jaw-droppingly spacious and had almost everything we needed, from cooking utensils and wares to a big fridge. The hot and cold shower was a pleasant surprise, and we loved having a smoking area/veranda. The parking was convenient, although limited, so it's best to reserve ahead during peak season. The AC worked perfectly, and the bed was incredibly cozy and soft. The staff were absolutely fantastic, very accommodating, and friendly. The cleanliness of the property and the comfortable bedroom made our stay even more enjoyable. They even provided some toiletries, which is always a nice touch. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with our luggage and even helped us call a cab at 3am. We particularly loved that it felt like a semi completely furnished apartment with a kitchenette and a sala set. The overall experience exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend this place.
